These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of gb44's online platform and all services under it. The following terms are used with specific meanings in this document:

Each user may operate only one account. Creating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the funds in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

gb44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Government-issued identification and other relevant documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal request or when transactions exceed a certain amount. Failure to complete verification may result in restricted account activity.

To register at gb44, a user must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Must open the account in their own name using their own details — not on behalf of or as a representative of another person.

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at gb44 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from gb44 is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Approved withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests must initially be made using the same method used for the deposit.

5.3 Verification and Processing

gb44 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. If the wagering requirements of a bonus have not been met, the relevant bonus funds will not be permitted for withdrawal. gb44 reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold if any irregularity or suspicious activity is found.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gb44 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

6.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions announced by gb44:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated before the offer is claimed.
• Bonuses may only be used for personal and recreational purposes — abusing bonuses or gaining an advantage through manipulation is prohibited.
• The same person may not claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts or under the names of different family members.
• gb44 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds must not be treated as 'free' or 'free money' — wagering requirements apply to all bonuses.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If gb44 determines that a user is abusing bonus terms or collecting bonuses fraudulently, gb44 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings obtained through it.

7.1 Games and Betting

All games and betting activities at gb44 are conducted according to set rules. Each game has its own rules and it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting a game. Separate rules apply to slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket betting and all other categories.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game result cannot be determined due to a technical error, gb44 reserves the right to refund the amount wagered in that round. gb44 is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.

7.3 Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited at gb44. Violating these rules may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Placing systematic or coordinated bets for the purpose of meeting bonus terms ("bonus hunting").
• Behaving in an abusive, threatening or discriminatory manner towards gb44 staff.

9.1 Suspension by gb44

gb44 may temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If the user does not cooperate with identity verification.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• On the order of a court or government authority.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their own account. They must contact the gb44 support team for this. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, provided the terms have been met.
